Qualification of Editors


Eligibility for Our Different Types of Editors


Editor-in-Chief

OUR EDITOR-IN-CHIEF IS PRODUCED THROUGH FORMAL INVITAITON

Have adequate time and energy to promote the development of the journal

Have at least 30 publications in internationally circulated, peer-reviewed English journals

Have at least five book chapters published in English

Have adequate editorial work experience, that means you must:

  • be at least three English-edited journals’ editor, or
  • be at least one English-edited journal’s editor-in-chief, or
  • have worked ever for at least five non-English journals, or
  • have at least five years editor experience in non-English journal
  • Expertise in English writing
  • Love science and education
  • Have doctoral degree(s) in scientific and educational fields
  • Have reviewed at least 200 manuscripts for internationally circulated, peer-reviewed English journals
  • Have broad and extensive knowledge in different scientific and educational fields, but not only restricted in the professional specialty

Deputy Editor-in-Chief

OUR DEPUTY EDITOR-IN-CHIEF IS PRODUCED THROUGH FORMAL INVITAITON

Have adequate time and energy to promote the development of the journal

Have at least 15 publications in internationally circulated, peer-reviewed English journals

Have at least three book chapters published in English

Have editorial work experience, that means you must:

  • be at least one English-edited journal's editor, or
  • have worked ever for at least two non-English journals, or
  • have at least three years editor experience in non-English journal
  • Expertise in English writing
  • Love science and education
  • Have doctoral degree(s) in scientific and educational fields
  • Have reviewed at least 100 manuscripts for internationally circulated, peer-reviewed English journals
  • Have broad and extensive knowledge in different scientific and educational fields, but not only restricted in the professional specialty

Editorial Board Members

Have at least 10 publications in internationally circulated, peer-reviewed English journals

Have at least one book chapter published in English

Have editorial work experience, that means you must:

  • be at least one English-edited journal's editor, or
  • have worked ever for at least two non-English journals, or
  • have at least two years editor experience in non-English journal
  • Expertise in English writing
  • Have reviewed at least 50 manuscripts for internationally circulated, peer-reviewed English journals

Linguistic Editors

Must be English-speaking staff or teaching English in non-English speaking countries

Expertise in English writing

Have academic publications focused on the English language topics

Willing to do non-profit language editing work for the journal


Statistical Editor

Must have the doctoral degree in statistics

Expertise in English writing

Have academic publications focused on the statistical topics

Willing to do non-profit statistical editing work for the journal
